Professionally, I’m involved in several projects at present including ProMeet and the RSA. I’m working with LBS, and also doing some Service Design for organisations that are not my own!

I’m a founder of Participatory Leadership, its more of an idea than a business, the idea that:

1. “Participatory leaders use every meeting as a key mechanism through which to release potential.”
   

It links quite nicely with my main business interest, ProMeet.

I design and facilitate large workshops, through Pro Facilitation (www.Pro-Facilitation.co.uk) . This year working with the innovation unit (www.innovation-unit.co.uk), the University of the Arts (www.arts.ac.uk), Nokia Siemens Networks (www.nokiasiemensnetworks.com), and pro bono for the RSA (below).

I’m working with two wonderful playmates to establish a new business called AudioFuel, the idea is to compose music specifically for exercise like running. We plan to launch in 2008, but time is a moving on.

I’m a trustee of the RSA, an old organisation with a modern purpose. It’s going to be a fantastic 2008 for the RSA, with new projects, new forms of fellowship organisation and new ways of meeting.
