My affiliations

These days, I'm an author, facilitator, learning designer and teacher. The 'golden thread' running through my work is a belief in the power of designing participatory approaches to deliver innovation, solve problems and create solutions.

I have been a trustee of the Royal Society of Arts, a commissioner on the Mayor for London's Creative Industries Commission and a board member of the UK's national authority on design, the Design Council.

I have taught in Universities and Colleges in the UK and overseas, including London Business School, Durham University Business School, Newcastle University, and the University of the Creative Arts.

I'm an award winning International Association of Facilitator, Certified™ Professional Facilitator.

My current projects

I founded ProMeet, an international professional facilitation business.

I also lead SeriousWork, an organisation widely respected for latest LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® know-how. I've co-authored three books that now have over 150 ratings and reviews on Amazon. You can come and learn to facilitate with us too.
